Brett and Matt were wonderful and so professional and they busted rump. Brett was very patient with all of my questions and he explained everything step by step. He took a lot of pictures which I loved and received afterwards so I could explain to my husband and show him what was done. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone. They went above and beyond and nowadays when you're so used to a mediocre standard of service it was just so refreshing to receive such care.

10/10 recommend Brotherhood Plumbing. They are good and honest people who do quality work. We dealt with a very unexpected plumbing issue and Dylan held our hand through the entire process and explained the issues in detail. If you have a plumbing issue, these are the guys to call!

Joey and his team performed a large sewer line update project for me. The scope involved cutting concrete, digging trenches, replacing existing sewer line as well as running new lines to tie inside. Every step of the way his crew were communicative of progress and any issues that arose. They were all extremely professional and went above and beyond to finish the job timely. I’d highly recommend brotherhood for any of your plumbing needs.

Cody was excellent! He was helpful and very timely with the repairs needing to be made. I was referred to Brotherhood through a friend. We called 2 other plumbing companies prior to calling you guys and they no showed on us. We will be using Brotherhood moving forward.

Joshua and Ethan were an amazing team that dealt with a plumbing issue that was unexpected. They looked for three different ways to circumvent an issue before finding the solution on the fourth. Truly a first class operation. I would highly recommend Brotherhood Plumbing!

Hard working with fair pricing. Also, flexible payment options. Brett and Ethan worked all night (14 hours) so we could have water. Then they came back from over an hour away the very next morning at 7am to finish aesthetics portion/cleanup.

First I want to apologize for the late review (they replaced our water heater on December 18th), but I definitely wanted to get the review in before the new year. Also sorry in advance for the long review, but it will be a good one! If I could give BrotherHood Plumbing 10+ stars I would, but they’ll have to accept my 5 stars because it’s the highest. My husband called BrotherHood Plumbing because he read on line that they had the best reviews so we decided to give them a try to come and look at our water heater because it wasn’t in the best shape and it’s almost 50 years old (original to my grandparents house). Jacob and (Tiny) Dylan showed up on time (10 minutes early) with calling 30-45 minutes to them arriving. Which was huge to me that they were on time and early at that. Next they came and looked at the water heater and they suggested big time we get a new one. I called my husband he said do it. I then asked then can they replace it today if they had time, they said absolutely we can do it today. I was shocked again! They had to call another coworker in Matt to come and help out. All the guys were good ole southern boys, extremely polite, well educated on their job and even when I had a stupid question they didn’t make me feel stupid for asking and wanting to know information on my water heater. They did it all in a timely manner which did take a few hours, but the time flew by. If we have anymore plumbing issues down the road we’ll know just who to call BrotherHood Plumbing. Bonus they even let me take a selfie with them by their truck!!

Very happy with the work of Josh and Matt! Called about a water heater issue knowing it was old and needed to be replaced but Brotherhood was able to get us in same day when I called first thing in the morning. Josh and Matt were very personable and explained everything each step of the way, which was greatly appreciated. Thankful they could help us out so quick with such great employees!

Very professional and knowledgeable with friendly customer service. Bret and Chris did a fantastic job not only replacing our tankless hot water heater, but also fixing the underlying problems that caused the old one to fail. Bret explained all of our options clearly and logically and kept us up to date throughout the whole process. Very impressed with this company.
